When will my order ship after purchasing?
Processing takes 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, not including holidays. We strive to get your skincare products to you as quickly as possible! Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please refer to our estimated delivery timeframes below to find out how long your THS Ordinary package will take to arrive.
Estimated Shipping Times
- Contiguous US: 4-8 business days
- Non-Contiguous US (PR, HI, AK): 7-12 business days
- Australia, UK & Canada: 6-8 business days
- Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar: 10-16 business days
- Chile: 10-16 business days
- Other International: 10-20 business days
Tracking is only available on orders shipping to the US, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Kuwait, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, UAE, and UK. We cannot track packages to other international destinations.
How is my shipping cost calculated?
Your shipping cost is calculated based on your shipping address, the shipping method chosen, and the weight of your order at checkout. For qualifying free shipping orders, items are shipped either via USPS or UPS depending on your location.
Does my order qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping applies to US orders over $75. This does not apply to international orders.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS for domestic orders. International orders may be shipped using various carriers depending on the destination country. The carrier will be selected at our discretion to ensure the most efficient delivery.
What are the extra duties and taxes for when I purchase from outside of the US?
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These costs will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if available for your region. You can also track your order by logging into your account on thsordinary.com and viewing your order history.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience in these situations and will work with you to resolve any concerns.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact support@thsordinary.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be accommodated once an order has been processed, but we will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit, please contact support@thsordinary.com with your order number and any relevant information. For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building management, or local post office before contacting us.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to regulations regarding certain ingredients, we may be unable to ship specific products to certain countries. If you experience issues placing an order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
